(Colombia, b. 1980)
Visual artist whose work explores language and symbolism. He holds an art degree from Instituto de Bellas Artes and Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Medellín.
He is a 2016 recipient of a Hambidge Artist Residency Fellowship. Patiño’s work has been featured the Art Lab of the High Museum of Art, and the Atlanta History Center. he has exhibited his work at many galleries all over Atlanta and in Los Angeles, enjoying solo exhibitions at Westobou, Ger-Art, and Decahedron galleries. His work can be found in the Permanent Collection of the High Museum.
